Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES - HR MANAGER

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources at a non-union, manufacturing facility with over 1000 staff. This is a relatively new facility and company has been growing.

The person we are looking for will have 5-20 years experience in HR as a Senior HR Generalist or have worked as a HR Manager in a Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with manufacturing plant's goals and objectives.
  • Manage staffing, onboarding and training programs for employees to ensure they are fully integrated into the plant's culture and operations.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations and oversee workplace conflicts & resolutions.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and benefits administration.
  • Oversee and manage a team of 5 - 10 people (HR Generalists & HR support).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration.
  • 10 or more years of HR experience as a HR Manager in Manufacturing environment.
  • Company is non-union and we prefer background in non-union environment.
  • Bachelors Degree in HR or business.
  • Looking for experience in problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
