Job Description

Are you steady-handed, detail-oriented, and proud of a job well done?

We’re hiring a Jewelry Production Technician to join our dynamic, high-quality production shop. In this role, you'll contribute to the creation of exceptional men’s jewelry—helping turn raw components into refined, consistent pieces that meet our uncompromising standards.

This isn’t bench jewelry work. We’re looking for grounded, team-focused individuals with grit, calm focus, and a love of craftsmanship. If you’re someone who thrives on precision, repetition, and doing things right the first time, you might be the fit we’re looking for.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have strong fine motor coordination and steady hands
  • Take pride in detailed, repetitive work that requires accuracy and care
  • Can stay focused through long tasks—even as they vary throughout the day
  • Communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and learn by doing
  • Want to grow with a team that values excellence, humility, and heart

While much of the work involves detailed and repetitive motion, tasks shift throughout the day. You might move between machines, inspection, preparation, or packaging—bringing the same steady focus and care to each phase.

This position offers training, long-term growth potential, and a chance to contribute to work that’s both grounded and exceptional. Competitive hourly pay and a respectful, team-centered culture included.

In this role, you'll be essential in crafting and preparing our high-quality jewelry. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a dynamic production environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Automated Machinery: Proficiently run and monitor jewelry manufacturing equipment, performing routine checks and adjustments.
  • Packaging: Accurately package finished jewelry according to brand standards, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
  • Assembly Support: Assist with jewelry assembly using small hand tools, setting stones, attaching clasps, and joining components. Inspect for quality defects.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods, performing tasks requiring fine motor skills with a great deal of repetition and strong hands .

 Pay range:

$45,000-$55,000 Depending on experience and fit
