Corethentic Lagree

The Studio Leader (SL) ensures that Corethentic Lagree delivers a premium, high-touch fitness experience by overseeing operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and sales performance. This pivotal role supports the Studio Manager (SM) and/or above studio leadership in leading the studio team, maintaining operational excellence, and cultivating a results-driven, community-oriented environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Includes leading membership and package sales, optimizing the client onboarding experience, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered at every stage of the member journey.

  • Ensure full compliance with Corethentic’s policies, procedures, and safety protocols across all operational areas.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a spotless studio environment and ensure all equipment and facilities are consistently in peak condition.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure studio performance aligns with Corethentic’s goals and service standards.

  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and support team members at every level of the studio.

  • Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented approach to daily operations, with a strategic, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership Excellence
  • Support the studio in recruiting, training, and developing all Front Desk and Studio Support team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities to team members.

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training to ensure staff are equipped to handle both service and sales expectations.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating team culture grounded in the Corethentic brand and values.

  • Manage personnel issues professionally and in accordance with company policies.

Sales Management & Personal Sales
  • Drive studio revenue by leading sales of memberships, class packs, retail, and promotional offerings.

  • Collaborate with the leadership to analyze sales trends and adjust strategy to meet or exceed targets.

  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.

  • Implement grassroots marketing efforts and studio events to attract new clients and increase community engagement.

  • Actively manage leads through text, email, and phone outreach; ensure proper follow-up and onboarding for new members.

  • Maintain a strong personal sales performance that leads by example.

Member Experience
  • Work closely with the leadership to ensure a best-in-class, personalized member experience.

  • Handle member concerns and feedback with professionalism and care, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

  • Cultivate relationships with members to promote loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Champion the Corethentic experience in every interaction.

Organizational Relationships

The Studio Leader reports to the Studio Manager or above Studio Leadership and collaborates closely with them on sales, staffing, and operations. The Studio Leader also oversees daily performance and development of all Front Desk and studio support personnel.

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with experience coaching and developing staff.

  • A strong passion for fitness, wellness, and community-building.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear and professional communication skills—both verbal and written.

  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve performance and outcomes.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).

  • Ideally certified in Personal Training, group fitness, and/or Lagree

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in fitness, wellness, or boutique studio management roles.

  • Prior leadership of a team of 5-10+ employees.

  • Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, and operations.

  • Familiarity with boutique fitness platforms and scheduling software preferred.

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions
  • Ability to move around the studio and assist with operations as needed.

  • Occasionally demonstrate or support Lagree-based equipment use.

  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

  • Occasional travel (up to 25%) for meetings or training or coverage of related studios.

Compensation

Depending on scope of role - may be hourly (32-36 hours per week) or salaried. Monthly performance incentive also offered.
