Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen eye for design, organized and be goal-driven. As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect tile for their projects, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about products, including materials, colors, sizes, and finishes.
• Offer design suggestions and solutions to help customers achieve their desired look.
• Prepare and present sales quotes and estimates.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring product displays are up-to-date.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive and new products.
• Support the company sales goals by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tile or home improvement industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for both verbal and written communication.
