A well-established and growing hospitality group is seeking a senior culinary leader to oversee operations at one of its flagship, high-volume dining destinations in upstate New York . This dynamic property features multiple restaurants, diverse dining concepts, and extensive catering for high-profile events. With exciting growth and development underway, this is an opportunity to elevate consistency, efficiency, and innovation across the culinary program.

The Executive Chef will serve as the top culinary leader, directing daily operations, driving culinary excellence, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. This individual will be a visible presence, collaborating with an experienced management team and engaging with guests, clients, and the broader community.

Compensation & Benefits : $145,000 - $170,000 + annual performance bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, PTO, dining discounts, relocation assistance, and more.

Must-Haves

• 7–10 years of senior culinary leadership experience in high-volume, multi-outlet environments.
• Strong background in catering and banquets, including large-scale events.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing culinary teams.
• Financial acumen, including P&L oversight, labor management, and cost control.
• Professional, approachable leadership style with a passion for mentoring and guest relations.
• Culinary or hospitality degree preferred; ServSafe certification required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations across multiple restaurants and service styles.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the culinary management team and hourly staff.
• Ensure consistency and quality across daily service and large-scale events.
• Collaborate with leadership on menu development, promotional initiatives, and guest engagement.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, labor, and inventory to achieve financial goals.
• Champion a creative, from-scratch culinary program tailored to the property’s needs.
