Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant (BEC IV)

Hybrid – Charlotte, NC

6-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Calculated Hire is in search of a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant (BEC IV) for our Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This role requires a blended Business Analyst / Project Manager skillset with strong experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and partnering with technology teams to deliver solutions.

Job Description

• Act as a Business Project Manager and Consultant to capture, document, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for technology partners.
• Lead process mapping efforts to clearly define interactions across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Broker-Dealer/Investment Banking functions.
• Develop and implement information delivery, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Write clear, detailed business requirements, user stories, meeting minutes, test scripts, and UAT documentation .
• Drive execution of initiatives across multiple technology teams, including external vendors such as Broadridge and SWIFT .
• Join scrum meetings, prioritize user stories, track deliverables, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring requirements are fully understood and accurately delivered.
• Strategically engage with professionals at all levels across the organization and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• At least 8 years of project or initiative execution experience with a blended BA/PM background.
• Proven expertise in business requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping .
• Experience working across MO/FO/BO functions in a banking or capital markets environment.
• Strong understanding of securities products and lifecycle processes .
• Experience writing test scripts and executing UAT.
• Agile experience, including user story writing and JIRA .
• Ability to interact with senior leadership for status reporting and updates .
• Demonstrated longevity and consistency in prior assignments.
• Experience with Broadridge and/or SWIFT strongly preferred.
