About the Role

Eola Power is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their growing team in Miami. In this critical role, you’ll serve as the link between our customers, Field Service Engineers, and internal teams. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless service delivery for their clients.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate schedules for Field Service Engineers, including maintenance visits, installations, and emergency calls.
• Handle logistics such as travel coordination, equipment tracking, and scrap/battery change-outs.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and compliance with site protocols.
• Generate quotes, process service reports, and support billing activities.
• Act as a liaison between clients, engineers, and the sales team.
• Provide phone and email support to customers and internal staff.
• Help improve processes to make scheduling and service operations more efficient.

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in scheduling, logistics, coordination, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience supporting customers and collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.

• On-site in Doral, FL
