Civil Project Manager / Estimator (Concrete)

The Project Manager / Estimator provides overall management direction on concrete restoration project(s). Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. Responsible for the financial results of the project. Responsible for safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Project Manager / Estimator will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Responsible for Pre-Construction Duties

· Coordinates Job Transition and Start-up Process

· Manages Cost and Schedule

· Oversees the Work of Direct Reports

· Maintains Client Relationship

· Generates and Submits Technical Records

· Supports Construction of Project

· Manages Project Safety and Risk Management Processes

· Ensures a Safe Work Environment

· Participates in Training/Certifications

· Work closely with field crews.

· Perform quality take-offs and estimate labor material and equipment costs.

Requirements

· 2 - 10 years industrial construction experience.

· Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.

· High communication skills.

· Work ethically and professionally with customers to build relationships.

· Ability to learn and operate Vista.

· Scheduling experience plus.

· Concrete experience a plus.
