Job Description

Position overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to operate appropriate machinery to blend and package products properly, ensuring quality and consistency of the product. This position works closely with production, lab, and shipping.

Production 100%

• Before starting the production of each blend, ensure the cleanliness of the manufacturing machinery and equipment, so as to avoid any product contamination.
• Ensure the blends are produced by following the production schedule and by using:
• The components as indicated on the “Production Order” form, according to the quantities written thereon;
• The appropriate machinery and equipment, depending on the product type and the quantity of the blend to produce;
• The appropriate manufacturing cycle required for each specific product as indicated on the “Productions Order” form.
• Take samples of the products manufactured and give them to the laboratory for QC testing.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the department.

Qualifications

Required

• Forklift experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Heavy equipment operation
• Valid drivers license
