SAIC has an immediate opening for a Network Analyst to provide direct support on an analytic effort. This effort requires research and analysis of network architectures, maintaining a database of analyses performed, and providing analytical reporting to stakeholders. In this role, the candidate will be considered a recognized authority and subject matter expert. The candidate should have experience with all source analysis such as open source, SIGINT, and ELINT. The role will support many aspects of the analysis cycle and perform a variety of tasks to include:

  • Review of network designs and architectures at all phases (design concepts, preliminary designs, detailed designs, testing, etc.)
  • Identify system requirements based on a variety of sources
  • Develop and publish analytic products
  • Assist in the development of project team briefings for presentation at an executive level
  • Provide timely and precise communication to customer and contractor stakeholders promoting effective collaboration
  • Act as a self-starter who identifies problems and seeks out solutions without detailed guidance

Qualifications

  • Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI with Poly
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field (engineering or science)
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • All-source analysis experience
  • Experience writing detailed technical assessments and other common analytical documents
  • Ability to quickly learn and use analytical tools, application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
  • Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT reporting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills, effective in developing and presenting briefings on analyses to managers
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Microsoft Visio Pro, and Microsoft Projec
  • Desired: Experience with Adobe Illustrator Design Tools
