We are a small, dynamic e-commerce handbag company based in Georgetown, Texas, dedicated to providing stylish and functional vegan bags for working women. We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand to new heights.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role includes managing promotions, brand identity, photoshoots, our email and paid ads teams, the marketing calendar, influencer collaborations, and other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be innovative, strategic, and capable of finding new ways to market our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and brand.
• Manage and coordinate all promotional activities, including photoshoots and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the email marketing team and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Lead the paid advertising team to optimize media buying and ad performance.
• Identify and execute new marketing opportunities and channels.
• Oversee influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Work closely with our social media manager on marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, plus 2+ years of experience working with an e-commerce brand or other relevant experience; OR 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proven experience in media buying and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience
