About the Role

At TJX, we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Logistics Compliance Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our global supply chain operates with integrity, efficiency, and compliance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold product safety, labeling, and logistics standards across our North American and international divisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead compliance and logistics initiatives across multiple departments and regions.
  • Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and training programs to support seamless logistics operations.
  • Monitor and improve vendor performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements in compliance and logistics workflows.
  • Represent TJX in external compliance discussions.
  • Develop and maintain tools and systems for compliance documentation and reporting.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Compliance.
  • 4+ years of experience in logistics, compliance, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude (Excel, PowerBI, EDI systems).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Manages a positive and inclusive team environment

This position has a starting salary range of $92,900.00 to $118,500.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
