High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Ability to continously lift sheet metal and stand for 10 hours.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or finishing role preferred.
Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
