Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a long term 12-month contract position (with the ability to convert) at a cutting-edge biomanufacturing company in Pleasanton, CA. Pay Rate:

$23.25/hour for day shift

$25.45/hour for swing shift

Overview:

This client is an industry-leading biomanufacturing company focused on making the world cleaner, healthier, and safer.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm OR

Monday-Friday 1:30pm to 10:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Executes the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging using manual and automated processes.
• Assist in developing Oligonucleotides, each team supports various aspects of the development process
• Uses different solvents and solutions to synthesize the correct oligo product
• Perform Quality Control checks for yield, quality, etc.
• Perform pipetting, developing of solutions, and using lab instrumentation per protocols
• Follows standard operating procedures and good document practices.
• Works as an individual and as a team member to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on a daily basis.
• Communicates status updates to department Leads and Supervisors.
• May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science discipline preferred OR
• Relevant manufacturing lab experience with Associates or High School Diploma/GED
