Step into your next career move with East West Hospitality as the Front Desk Assistant Manager at The Charter at Beaver Creek . In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Hospitality to guide a talented Front Desk team, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome and unforgettable first impression. Duties Include:

• Lead by Example in Guest Service: Set the tone for the Front Desk team by consistently providing genuine, attentive service and upholding high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and guest interaction.
• Guest Conflict Resolution: Take ownership of guest concerns by responding promptly, empathetically, and effectively—using sound judgment and creative problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Front Desk Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations including check-in/out, room assignments, key distribution, payments, and room moves, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
• Manager on Duty: Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled, making informed decisions, resolving guest issues, handling emergencies, and maintaining property standards in the absence of senior leadership.
• Interdepartmental Coordination & Group Support: Collaborate with department leads to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction; assist Sales and Reservations by managing group rooming lists, room blocks, and group arrivals/departures.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Posting Closing Date: 09/30/2025 (or until filled)

Pay Rate: $55,000 - $65,000 Depending on experience. Sign on bonus paid in full at the end of the 2025-2026 ski season.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of leadership, emotional intelligence, and operational know-how. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are key to building guest rapport and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Leading by example—with integrity, professionalism, and a service-first mindset—sets the tone for the front desk. Success in this role requires confident problem-solving, especially when resolving guest concerns with empathy and diplomacy. Candidates should excel in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, dependable, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience; knowledge of hotel/property management systems (PMS)

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Experience coaching and training team members

• Proficient in supply ordering and inventory control

• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
