Job Description

Front Desk Work

Responsibilities:

  • Manage member check-ins and reservations.
  • Provide information about club services and upcoming events.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Qualities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of pickleball is a plus but not required.

Event Coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute tournaments, leagues, and social events.
  • Collaborate with local businesses for sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Manage event promotion and member engagement.

Qualities:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for marketing and outreach.
  • Passion for sports and community-building.
