Data / Order Entry at a fast growing refrigerated carrier/warehouse.

Job Duties and Requirements:

Job Duties :

• Receive and enter freight orders into software system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Double check all orders for accuracy.
• Follow up with customer to make sure all necessary information is obtained for the orders entered.
• Ownership of these duties and initiative to obtain all information.
• Filing for various departments.

Skills :

• Strong data entry.
• Willing to sit entire shift entering orders in to data base.
• Learns new system quickly.
• Is accurate, detailed orient, and organized.
• Strong excel.
• Good note taker.
• Care about role in the job.

Required / Preferred Experience :

• Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience - required.
• Office environment experience - required.
• Bi-lingual - is a plus but not required.

Shift: Monday Friday 8am 5pm.
