The Role

They are seeking an experienced Civils Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on highways, utilities, grading, and excavation projects.
• Direct and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment on site.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Work closely with Project Managers to monitor schedules, resolve issues, and maintain productivity.
• Track budgets, resources, and overall progress to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections, reporting, and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in civil/heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, earthworks, roadway, and groundworks.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and technical documents.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.
