About the Role

As an Admissions Advisor, you'll be a key part of our sales/admissions team, helping prospective students discover how Park City Culinary Institute can help them achieve their dreams. This is a highly rewarding role where you'll get to hear stories of how a few weeks with us can change someone's life.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication with prospective and current students via phone, text, and email. All leads are warm, meaning students have already expressed interest in our programs.
  • Conduct campus tours with prospective students to introduce the school and our curriculum.
  • Nurture and follow up with prospective students to guide them through enrollment.
  • Collect referrals to generate leads.
  • After enrollment, follow up with students throughout their courses to ensure graduation and a positive experience, while completing all required documentation.
  • Utilize our CRM (HubSpot) to track leads and manage follow-ups efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Admissions team and the company as a whole to ensure that our students have a successful and positive experience.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Poised and professional communication in person, in writing, over video conference, and phone.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to work as part of a team.
  • A proven track record in sales and customer service.

Preferred Skills

Culinary experience is not required, but a desire to help others and a genuine curiosity about our programs are essential.

Pay range and compensation package

The starting base salary is $55,000, with the potential to earn $100,000 or more based on performance and target achievement through incentive compensation and raises. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
